Humanitarian Aid
Guided by the Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS), EIS provides quality and accountable humanitarian aid to individuals and families in crisis zones, the elderly, and the homeless and to those assessed and considered needy. The goal of this intervention is to save lives, alleviate suffering and maintain human dignity for these vulnerable groups.
Our humanitarian action includes the provision of food, water and sanitation, shelter, health services, psychosocial support services and other items of assistance required to benefit and support the beneficiaries return to normal lives and livelihoods. EIS’ humanitarian aid package is governed by the key humanitarian principles of: humanity, impartiality, neutrality and independence
